The Institute for High Performance Planners, founded by Richard “Dick” Muther, is a select group of professionals who are interested in planning as a necessary everyday activity, as a system, a science, and even as an art form. We have a broad global membership, including educators, consultants and managers who work in many different industries. The Institute works to provide networking and educational opportunities, including an annual workshop for planning professionals.
